Q: What access
to my network will be needed?
A: As this is a managed service there is an 'offsite'
element to the ManageCloud Solution. It is necessary to have access
through the corporate firewall on two ports that we provide for
you. We can help with configuration if this is a problem
for you.

Q: What information
is stored and where?
A: In a security conscious environment this is
a reasonable question, the data that ManageCloud gathers could of
course be sensitive and we understand that. The data gathered by
the ManageCloud Server (MCS) is device specific; at no time do we
capture network traffic or stored data and pass it outside the network.
The measurement data that is taken is sent directly to our data
centre, where it is securely stored. Data access is only allowed
by the ManageCloud Administrator.

Q: Will ManageCloud
sign an NDA?
A: Yes - we can provide one for you if needed.

Q: Do we have
to commit to long contracts?
A: No - The idea is to make Network Management
available without the usual 'overheads', so we hope that you will
find our contracts flexible. What's more you can pay monthly for
our service.

Q: Can I have
a trial?
A: A trial is fine - due to the ease of deployment,
providing a trial is no problem. We send an MCS to you for one calendar
month. You sign an agreement that states you will send it back after
that time or begin one of your preferred contracts. It's as easy
as that.

Q: I can't see
the report I would like.
A: We have tried to give a general overview of
the 'type' of reports that customers have asked for in the past.
However, we appreciate that 'one size' does not fit all. As part
of an initial scope meeting we define the reports you require.
