How does it all fit together?


ManageCloud Configuration servers and Database servers are located in our Data Centre, where we have secure data storage both from a physical and digital perspective.

The data gathered by the service is backed up to provide data continuity and integrity, providing peace of mind regarding valuable historic data.

A ManageCloud Server is placed on the customer network and turned on (a small change to firewall rules may be required). Within just a couple of days the system will be alerting and reporting as scoped. ManageCloud is even self monitoring, so should there be a failure, our team will know before you do.
